Self-Service Payroll Information
Draft employer, worker, wage, and withholding entries are processed in your browser while you edit. Checkout retains a draft in this browser tab and sends a document hash to create an order. After payment, your entries and any logo are sent securely to our server to generate the downloaded PDF. Document contents are not saved in the order database. If you choose Email a Copy after payment, your delivery address and PDF are sent to the configured email delivery service. Email delivery remains unavailable until that service is connected. Email requests are limited to one per order per minute; we retain the request timestamp without storing the recipient address in the order database. When you choose Save a Draft, a file is saved to your device. Reopening a draft uses temporary browser session storage to transfer it into the generator, then removes that temporary copy.
Preparation and Contact Requests
We store the name, email, business name, document type, quantity, message, submission time, status, and reference number you submit so the owner can review the request. Do not include SSNs, bank credentials, or employee payroll documents. Secure payroll document collection must be arranged separately.
Hosting and Access
The hosting service may process technical access logs. This site currently requires private access. Before public service opens, the operator will publish the applicable retention schedule, business identity, and privacy contact details.
Your Records
Keep downloaded files private and avoid shared devices for payroll work. For requests concerning stored preparation-contact details, email office@mypaystub.net or use the contact form.
